Ilkay M. Basugur and Damian Ross have been providing high-quality fermented veggies and beverages to Los Angeles and Orange counties since 2017.

Drawing on a combined 20+ years of experience in the culinary field, they craft products using organic ingredients purchased directly from southern and central California farms. They believe that continued replenishment of probiotic bacteria will not only strengthen our gut microbiome and prevent inflammation-related illnesses, but will change the way we think about how we choose our food and where it comes from.
