How is Dynamo's Dills socially responsible?Dynamo's Dills is a certified California Green Business. Our labels are all made with plant-based materials and inks. They are 100% biodegradable with no nasty chemicals being leached into the earth. We reward our local customers to return their empty jars for reuse by offering discounts and other benefits for participating in the program. We are partnered with a green-certified, sustainable commercial kitchen in Long Beach, California (Feel Good Salsa Kitchen). Produce waste is composted and used to support new growth. Our ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible, reducing greenhouse gas emissions related to shipping. We're also supporting local farmers in the process. All of our promotional items from wearable merch to business cards and signage are all made from eco-friendly organic or recycled materials. Love yourself, your neighbors, your Dynamo's Dills, and your planet!

Where can I buy your products? They're available for order via our website for local delivery (LA/OC Counties) or pickup at the Feel Good Salsa Kitchen or at the Parkview Village 2nd Saturdays in Long Beach, CA. We are also available at select retail locations. Click on Find A Store to find the most convenient place for you to shop! If you are a retailer interested in carrying Dynamo's Dills, please contact us for wholesale information. Since these magnificent pickles require cold storage, they need to be shipped overnight or 2-day to maintain their integrity. This can prove costly, especially for long distances. BUT, if you're up for caring for them appropriately during shipping to your locale, we're all ears. Contact us if you want to discuss shipping!

Why does the pickle jar label say "Shake To Make Cloudy"?Dynamo's Dills Premium Pickles are naturally fermented and this process creates the cloudy brine. It's an indicator that your jar of pickles is perfectly fine and tastes great. There are no preservatives in our pickles. The fermentation process produces lactic acid, keeping them fresh and gives our pickles their signature sour taste without the need for any vinegar or artificial flavorings. Fermented pickles have probiotic benefits - they're good for your gut health and your immune system! Shake 'em to make 'em cloudy because when they sit for a while the clouds naturally settle on the base of the jar.

What should I do with the Premium Pickle Brine? The brine is probiotic and is good for you! Don't throw it away! Use some in salad dressings, as a cocktail flavoring, or even as a little tasty slurp on its own. Our Devourers are always coming up with creative ways to get the most out of the delicious and probiotic brine. In fact, from time to time we offer brine for sale just on its own. Check the store often!

How hot are Dynamo's Delicacies hot sauces? Our "Delicious" sauce is made with Jalapeños, which are typically known as one of the milder peppers on the scoville scale. This sauce is our mildest and is a good choice for those who like a little zing, but wouldn't call themselves spicy food "enthusiasts". Our "Dynamite" level features Habanero peppers, which are quite hot. This unique blend lends itself well to stir-fry, eggs, pizza and more. It's got that habanero "bite" and is perfect for foodies who enjoy spicy food. Our "Debilitating" is the same flavor profile as "Dynamite" but is hotter because the concentration of Habaneros is greater. The heat level is designed for those accustomed to eating spicy foods and have a tolerance that's above average. Our "Deadly" features the feared and revered Carolina Reaper pepper, known as one of the hottest peppers on the planet. We recommend that only the truly experienced or truly brave venture into this level. Our "Special Batch" sauces vary in heat depending on the recipe. Please read the individual flavor/ingredient descriptions for an indication of the heat level.

What are the "Special Batch" hot sauces all about? We're always trying out new flavors and from time to time we offer special batches to see how you like them. We give our Dynamo's Devourers first crack at these, so please sign up for the Devourers newsletter to be notified when they become available. If the feedback is as great as we hope, then we might just make a Special Batch a permanent fixture on the menu!
